We were in Pune for some official work, and wanted to go around the city on a weekend for sightseeing. We selected clearcarrental after a brief search on the internet, as it offered a good vehicle ( innova ) and good tarrif. Turned out to be a good choice. Had a memorable trip.

Customer service representatives were cordial and efficient. They sent me the cab and driver details on time. The car as what I had asked for and the driver, very efficient. We had a great trip.

Pros
1. Booked a cab for 4am. And driver arrived sharply at 4am.
2. Driver was very good and was driving car very carefully.
3.Travel Agents of Clear Car will guide you through the booking
Cons
1. Free kms were 250. But 50km was utilised by driver to come from Nigdi to Viman Nagar and back.
Not sure about the service as it was my first time with clear car rental.
car arrived at time and it was as described.
Just faced a small problem with the directions. Driver was not aware of the place we were visiting (about directions).
Overall experience was great.
Excellent cab service, customer support and assistance facility. I booked the cab for the first time and it was a great experience for me, it is easy. Cab condition and driver behavior were beyond expectations. I will spread the words to my friends and colleagues to book cab from "Clear Car Rental"
