We went for Pune to mahabaleshwar for 2 nights. Car came to pick up us at accurate time.Driving was good. Second day car was chainged.Driver was not knowing certain areas of new mahabaleshwar, but was good

Driver Mr. Pathak was very good n can be a good asset for your esteemed co. Look to render your services often. But seasonal rates shouldn't be implied for pre-booked or good customer.
The driver Mr Vijay reported sharp at 6.30 AM on 24 th and we started oure journey from 7;15 onwards.The driver is knowledgeable and was directing properly on every occassion.We completed the Itinery as per schedule and visiting all possible places of importance.

Overall experience was good. However could not availed the discount coupon. Website does not prompt /alert for updating discount coupon at payment stage. And after booking customer service is totally reluctant to extend/consider the request. This Can be improved at website as well at customer care.
