The service and timings were excellent but the purpose of hiring innovative car not satisfactory the air conditioner not working even though spending more money would have gone for Tata indigo sedan it is highly regretable
Very prompt call back for confirmation. On time arrival at designated place. Good clean cars in good condition. Have been using clearar exclusively for couple of years now. Have found them to be very reliable and hassle free. Noticed in Kolkata that cars are not with taxi registrations surprising.
I took cab services on 3 days, 25th and 27th June for full day travel and 26th June for outstation trip to Santiniketan. First two days the vehicle were very old and air conditioning was really bad! We had a lot of discomfort. Third day I'd to request change of vehicle.
Overall it was good and satisfactory. Driver was very good at his work.
But still need improvement in services. I requested a Mahindra Xylo, and even after confirmation, they sent an Innova. Also, communication mail and car details should be quick as I recieved the mails very late.
Vehicle arrived punctually at the appointed time. Car provided was in good working condition. Driver a nice bengali gentleman was quite courteous and helpful.
