We requested liggage rack confirmed by Mr. Ankita but car had no rack, bags came inside. Car was a bit old and AC rattled a lot. Most surprising driver said he was given no money for food or fuel so we got him dinner. Next day new driver showed up, who wouldn't follow our GPS and wasted time.
The car rental service was extremely punctual and friendly. The driver was very good in behavior as well as driving skill. We got useful suggestions regarding route selection and timing.
