I had hired an Innova car for 8 hours in Chennai. The driver was courteous and very safe. He reported on time and gave us good service.
The only issue was non receipt of the driver details through SMS or mail , i had to call twice to get the details.
Initially, had some issues with the payment gateway but in the end, your team sorted it out. The driver (Prabhu) was outstanding. Pls tell him we really appreciate his efforts. Thanks and will certainly use your services in the future.
Car was replaced to a swift dezire as the allotted driver refused to come. The arranged vehicle and driver was good. There was a delay in pickup at the airport but the driver was very cooperative and helpful. He was not very well versed with the surroundings but helped.
