IT WAS A GOOD EXPRIENCE, DRIVER HAS REPORTED 15 MINTS EARLIER. BUT THERE IS LITTLE CONFUSION WITH DRIVER AS DETAILS OF PACKAFGE WAS NOT COMMUNICATED PROPERLY TO DRIVER SO HE WAS NOT ABLE TO UNDERSTAND AS THIS PACAGE INCLUDE TOLL+DRIVER DA+PARKING BUT THE SAME THIG WAS NOT KNOWN BY DRIVER. THEN AFTER WE NEED TO CONTACT TO YOU AND THEN HE COME TO KNOW THE THINGS AND AGREE TO TERMS & CONDITION
The cab was excellent. It was new, well kept and reached me well in time. The AC was powerful for the summer heat. The driver was courteous and helped us wherever he could. Highly recommended service.

The driver took us to specific places wer we wantd to go. The car was well conditioned.
Clear car rental service was very professional and quick to help me with the initial rejection with my foreign credit card. They also assisted with earlier arrival request.
Our driver Ravi showed up in time and was very courteous and accommodating. Ravi drove safe and without delay.
Car was clean and neat.
I was happy to save money by arranging car myself through Clear car rental than when using the ITC Hotel service
Your service is good but please up date to driver with full information, my pickup was from BCT and he reached VT Station, when I contact my travel agent Mr Rakesh Arora, he talk to you executive than arrange my pickup.
Overall trip is satisfed
Overall we had a nice trip and the vehicle was comfortable. The support number of clear car rental was easily reachable and people were accessible for any queries. They were always prompt to acknowledge payments and always kept us well informed on how much we have to pay etc. Good service.
