I'm happy with your communication and the process of booking. But disappointed with the service request from you. e.g didn't get the driver who can speak simple English and didn't get the car as promised. Anyway driver Rupesh Patel try his best to communicate although he couldn't speak English.
I booked a Innova for Three days from Mumbai to Mahabaleshwar Tour Hill station package.
The Car was not up to the mark but Driver is excellent.
Driver is dressed but he is very Nice person with good driving skills.
Driver did not know the route and was not even asking for direction he wasted lot of time and money. It seemed as if he assumed that finding direction was my responsibility.
There was no problem with his behavior as such.
Excellent service by Clear Car Rental. Was impressed by Mr. Rajesh Aahire (Driver) rite from the beginning of our trip :
1) He was on time at the pick up location
2) Clean and well maintained car
3) Well behaved

Car was in well condition and driving was good.But it is very much costly.Calculation of running km should be from pick up to drop.but they are taking from garage to garage.
