Hi, satisfied with service. However, few problems could have occurred as I was told that car will be provided within 5 km radius but came from 25km away from my home. This made 50 kms less from 250 kms. fortunately my destination was just 170 kms in total, otherwise would have caused lot of problem
Car was good. Driver Mr. Rajendra was nice by behaviour and good in driving, but due to no knowledge of Pune, he wasted around 30-40 kms and 1-2 hours by taking wrong directions and reversing back, which we had to pay without any reason. Pl send expert drivers in future, who know about the are
I have not expected that I'll get a 7 seater Innova which was ideally asked by me. Though the driver couldn't make it on time because of traffic in Ghodbunder, there was no impact. The AC at times made us feel that it's not working, however that was for different reason. Everything went well.
