Car booking process is very easy on this site followed by follow up call and confirmation time. Car arrived before time :) and is the most economical among other day travel cabs in Ahmedabad
It was an overall nice experience, despite few small hiccups. Didn't get the info about car and driver until I called up Customer Care twice. Driver called in after the reported time. There was some confusion towards the end about Driver's Allowance, which took quite long to resolve.

Hired car for roundtrip from Ahmedabad to Dhrangadhra. Got a free upgrade from Tata indica to indigo. Driver was also good and well behaved. Rated were better than other counterparts.

Excellent Car but please check the vehicles in detail about the paper drivers details and even along the vehicle financial clearances. Then only such mishaps can be avoided.
