This is my fourth booking with Clear Car Rental. Vehicle is good. Driver driving is good. The service of call center was pathetic. I did not get either mail or SMS confirmation. I have to call three times to get my vehicle details. Hope call center service improves.
The car A.C is not working properly. This the main issue from car rental. Driver's is v. Good he took the hole response to visit the place. No rash driving.
My Feedback for the usage:
1. Car provided was in very good condition.
2. It was neat and clean.
3. driver had knowledge about roads and was well mannered
4. He reported on the back side of Secunderabad Railway Station in place of front, there by lost precious 30 minutes in the morning and due to that landed in the heavy traffic.
The company demonstrated their keenness to perform the
promise of the service.
Though the fare charged as coined " One Way ", I notice that the actual charge is both ways. Instead, I would have been happy if the company charged me a maximum of 50% more than the one way meter + other charges
