Driver picked us up at railway station and he guided us as we expected it. His English was good, just he didn't always explain us what he is going to do.

The trip was pleasant from the view of car rental and the suggestion is that the vehicle can be equipped with a collection of regional & hindi film and devotional songs, because the car had a collection of kannada songs which we could not enjoy. Otherwise the service was good
Were very happy with the service provided - the car as well as the driver. But for local travel, it would be even better if you had a driver who was slightly more familiar with the local sites and had more information. This is a suggestion.
We are happy with the service provided - the car as well as the driver. What I am not happy with, however, is customer service. I called support for some change to my vehicle and pick up time. First, no one seemed to have accurate info. Second, I got different responses from different people. Third, you insisted that I send a mail for any change: i told you that I was travelling and had no access to mail. But your guys were stubborn. A simple way to verify that the call was genuine was to just call back on the number you took (I gave) at the time of booking. A customer calls support with a problem. If you can't give the customer a solution, what is the point?
Service was very good. Prompt response from your customer service personnel. Mr manju our vehicle driver was experienced, knowledgeable and courteous.Vehicle was new and in excellent condition.
The inter state tax from karnataka to tamilnadu cost us Rs 900 /- extra which was a bit hefty.We should have been notified earlier about the tax details more specifically.Over all good service.
