Overall experience was satisfactory starting from online booking, pickup from Indore Airport, travel & drop at our destination at Ujjain.
Only disappointing matter was limit for Indore-Omkareshwar-Ujjain was set upto 244 Km at Rs.3500. While others give the limit upto 280Km.Had to pay Rs.200 extra
Good cab service. Well maintained car and a decent driver. Had excellent experience through my journey.

I had booked a car for my dad who was travellimg alone. Driver pickedup dad from the airport and dropped back after the visit to Omkareshwar.
My dad was very happy with the service provided.
Car arrangement and contact with the driver etc was very good. Driver was very courteous and helpful.
Things to improve : the bill provided by email is very confusing. Inspite of making the entire payment, the bill shows a balance amount against it. This should be corrected.
