The car was as requested, in good working order, and clean. The driver was very friendly and familiar with the places we needed to go. He was very helpful with schedules and making sure the trip proceeded as planned. And he was an excellent driver.
Overall experience of vehicle and comfort was good. The driver took special efforts to meet the schedule. The driver properly adjusted the car AC to protect us from outside cold and dust.
