Generally pleased with the service provided and would re on mend to others. The driver was very good - courteous , competent and with great driving skills. The policy regarding mileage calculation needs to be made transparent and clear upfront - at the time of booking. In normal cases worldwide, the mileage calculation starts from the points of reporting and ends at the point of drop off. If this is not the case then. There should be standard disclaimer that xx Kims will charged form travel from and to the garage.
Gud but not excellent
The online experience, customer support etc. are excellent. Prompt responses, timely information etc. Drivers provided for the two cars were of the absolute worst quality - crude, misbehaving, and spent most of their time trying to offload short journeys on each other - usko boliye, usko boliye. Total km covered was less than 20 (both cars combined). Still the horrible experience. Since it is Calcutta and I don't have a strong support base here, I kept my cool and put up with it. If it had been Delhi I would have decapitated them, slowly.
